Rangers 3B Hank Blalock (partially torn left hamstring) will likely head to extended spring training in Arizona as part of his rehabilitation. He was scheduled to play at Double-A Frisco on Thursday night but was scratched from the lineup when his hamstring tightened up. (Updated 05/17/2008).
