H. Ramirez rests shoulder Sunday: Marlins SS Hanley Ramirez was out of the starting lineup Sunday at the Mets because of a stiff shoulder. One of the top players in the National League, Ramirez tweaked his surgically repaired left shoulder diving for a couple of balls Saturday. The All-Star shortstop was batting .301 with 33 homers, 35 stolen bases and a major league-high 125 runs scored. "This morning it was kind of worse," Ramirez said. "I can't swing very hard. ... It happens, man."

Ramirez's injury isn't the kind that should affect him going into next season. His home runs increased by four this season, but his stolen bases decreased by 16 -- a trend that will likely continue as his career progresses. Still, as a 30-30, .300 hitter at one of the weakest positions in Fantasy, he clearly deserves to go in the first round of all drafts. You could even make a case for him to go No. 1 overall.
