Jones-Calzaghe fight likely to be rescheduled for Nov. 8

 

NEW YORK -- The fight between Roy Jones Jr. and Joe Calzaghe is expected to be rescheduled for early November.

Jones said in a statement that it will likely take place Nov. 8 at Madison Square Garden and be televised on HBO pay-per-view.

The bout was postponed from Sept. 20 after Calzaghe sprained his right wrist in training Sunday.

Calzaghe could win this fight with a hurt wrist anyway why keep postponing a fight that no one in there right mind would even pay to see anyway. If you're gonna have the fight just have it already so we can talk about bouts that actually matter. BTW does anyone even think Joe Calzaghe beat Hopkins? I certianly don't!

Any real boxing fan, does not want this fight to happen or do they care. The best thing that could happen is if they put Jones in old age home, and cancel this fight. Anybody that would pay money to see this fight proves the old saying" there is a sucker born every minute"
