Brewer drew some comparisons to Spurs small forward Bruce Bowen during the course of the season in that he's a very solid role player and a great defensive presence on the perimeter, but none of those traits really translate into much statistical (therefore Fantasy) success. He's a more talented player offensively than Bowen ever was, though, and should improve upon his scoring numbers as the 22-year-old matures and progresses in his career. Don't count on a big breakout season from him in his second season, but he's certainly worth a late-round flier. (Updated 05/01/2008).
