Najera: Lopez looks impressive: The Sports Xchange notes that Nets forward Eduardo Najera has been impressed with rookie center Brook Lopez in offseason workouts. "Brook has really impressed me. He's definitely a better shooter than I thought. He has a great touch around the rim, and as young as he is, 20, he actually knows how to play the game."

Fantasy Analysis
But Najera's comments weren't all just praise for Lopez. "He has to get more physical inside. Early in training camp, I'm going to go at him hard. Toughness is something you develop." That's been a knock on him since the summer league games, including one game in which he finished without a single rebound. Lopez is going to need to be more physical to scrounge away minutes from the likes of Josh Boone. He'll be worth selecting in keeper leagues and some deeper formats as a No. 4 center, but won't be useful much in the onset of the Fantasy season.
(Updated 09/09/2008).
