Cassell barely plays in Game 3: Celtics backup point guard Sam Cassell left Game 2 of the NBA Finals in the second quarter Sunday night because of a sprained right wrist. He was able to play in Game 3 at Los Angeles on Tuesday night, but was on the court for just under seven minutes.

He averaged 7.6 ppg, 2.1 apg and 1.8 rpg with Boston during the regular season. He will be an unrestricted free agent in the offseason and he could choose to retire. If he does come back for another season, the veteran will likely play a backup role on a competitor and will not be a player worth drafting as a starter in Fantasy.
