this thread will focus on a possible second round matchup, considering things continue the way they are going. Cavs and Celtics.
what are your thoughts?
cavs have the reg. season series with 2-1, and a win in boston
boston has only 1 losing record to a team this season, it is to the cavs
Boston played the best basketball.
because i am a cavs fan i hope t

Tonights game will tell you a lot about these Lakers. IF they are truly ready to make a title run, then they will take care of business tonight. Have the Lakers learned that killer instinct that is so important in the playoffs? Denver is on the ropes down 0-3 and mentally dejected and withdrawn from the series. The Lakers have taken their hearts and now must finish the job

I've been looking everywhere for a live thread with no luck so I figured I would make a late starting one. So far it looks like Boston is holding strong, they just need to keep Josh Smith off the ball and off the court.

I was very impressed that the Suns came out and showed everyone they did have a spine in game 4 and blew out my Spurs. That is what I expected from them in game 3. It still ended with a split in Phoenix and the series will still end in game 5. The Spurs were Embaressed in game 4, and I expect a better showing from them today. They get really angry after a loss.

I'm tired of these "experts" saying this series is going to 6 or 7 games. A majority of ESPN not only believes this series is going 7, but that Denver can win it.
I believe this series is going Lakers 4-0. Game 2 will feature Denver again having a defensive lapse for the Lakers to win it, Game 3 will be the closest one in the series as Denver will have lots of&

Am I the only one who thinks that the Spurs are in trouble?
Check your history......when Shaq and Duncan have equal help---Shaq's team wins. Especially when Duncan has to spend much time playing low post defense.
The Spurs should have lost on purpose then the Mavs and Suns (which are the two teams that cause them the most problems) would have been on the other side of t

During the first half of game 4, the Suns caught a break with Grant Hill's injury and got to see that with Amare and Shaq being occupied by the Spurs bigs, Boris Diaw will get layup after layup after layup if single covered by a Spurs SF or SG, plus he's such a good passer that if you double him, he will make you pay every time. The Suns achieved a 20+ point lead at the half and while it was
