Justice is a junior who came out early for the 2006 NFL Draft, and while he is definitely one of the better offensive linemen available this year, he is not polished enough to become the player he is capable of just yet. He is a tall- and athletically-built offensive tackle who is thin for his height and needs to bulk up and add 15 to 20 pounds to his lower body to play strong at the point of attack in the NFL. He has the natural flexibility to bend his knees and block with with leverage and a wide base that few tall tackles can -- he has shown the ability to shuffle and slide very well when he blocks with a wide base. In order for him to become the blocker that he is capable of in the NFL, he is going to need to block aggressively on every snap to take advantage of his physical tools. He gets pushed around at the point of attack way too often for an elite offensive tackle. In a season or two, he will add the necessary weight and will block more aggressively on a consistent basis because he tends to raise his level of intensity based on the quality of the defensive end he is blocking and this will lead to him becoming a good all-around starting tackle who can be productive at either left or right tackle.

STRONG POINTS
Justice is a very good athlete with the foot quickness, playing speed and agility to make all the blocks. He has very good natural strength and, when he blocks with good base and aggressiveness, he holds his ground very well vs. bull rushers and can drive defensive linemen down the line of scrimmage on down/side blocks. He can be a good positional, seal run blocker on in-line run blocks. He can get throug to the second level very quickly, delivers a good initial blow and can stay on and maintain well on the move. He is smart and instinctive which helps him to consistently do a very good job vs. defensive line stunts/loops and delayed blitzes.
WEAKNESSES
Justice does not block aggressively all the time which limits his ability to block his man out of the play consistently. When he pass blocks up high and does not punch the defensive end, he allows them to get into his chest and can be driven backwards into the quarterback's lap way too easily. He does not fire off the ball on straight ahead run blocks which limits his ability to get movement and eliminate his man consistently. On in-line run blocks, he has a bad habit of bending at the waist, leans and over-extends which leads to him falling off and losing his block. In pass protection, he has a bad habit of stopping his feet after making contact with the edge rusher, crosses over and ends up chasing the defensive end around the corner. He does not get around play-side defensive linemen to make the reach block well with good position.

Comments/Description
6.5
Foot Agility
He has the foot agility to move and adjust well on the move and can re-direct/change direction well in pass protection.
6.5
Initial Quickness
He consistently gets off ball and into blocking position quickly, but does not always attack the defensive linemen.
6.0
Play Strength
He has very good natural strength, but when he plays high and does not use hands, his strength is inconsistent.
6.0
Run Block In-Line
He's very good on down/side blocks, but is inconsistent on straight-ahead run blocks.
6.0
Run Block Space
He can get out into space and makes good initial blocks consistently and can maintain well when he stays after the block.
6.0
Pass Protection
He is very good when he blocks with a wide base and uses his hands aggressively, but he needs to be more consistent.
6.5
Quick Set-Pass Protection
When he sets short and uses his hands aggressively, he can jolt defenensive ends, lock up and pin his man on the line of scrimmage.
6.0
Shuffle & Slide
When he blocks with a wide base, he can slide and shuffle very well out in space.
5.5
Punch/Hand-Use
He does not punch defensive ends very often, but he does get his hands on their shoulder quickly to lock up well.
6.0
Vs. Power Rush
He can be very good vs. bull rushers, but is not consistent and struggles vs. aggressive bull rushers.
6.5
Vs. Speed Rush
He slides out to cut-off edge rushers easily and can slide inside to cut-off initial inside pass rush moves.
6.0
Errors
His biggest mistake is that he does not block with leverage and aggressiveness on every snap.
ATHLETIC ABILITY
Section Grade: 6.5
Justice is a very good athlete for an offensive tackle, but he does not play up to his athleticism consistently. He has very quick feet to slide outside to cut-off the explosive speed/edge rusher and can get off the ball and through to the second level very quickly. His quick feet combine with his playing speed so that he can pull and get outside to lead block on outside runs. He has the natural flexibility to bend his knees and sink his hips so that he can pass block with leverage and a wide base. When he pass blocks with leverage and base, he can change directions/re-direct and slide quickly in the other direction to adjust to quick inside pass rush moves and to switch off with the guard vs. defensive line stunts/loops. When he stays over his feet and under control, he has shown the athleticism to stay on and maintain his blocks well out in space. He is a very coordinated athlete with very good balance which allow him to stay on his feet even when he bends at the waist, leans and over-extends.

COMPETITIVENESS
Section Grade: 5.5
Justice has shown toughness trying to fight through pain to stay in the lineup, but he does not display a tough or aggressive playing style very often. When the play matters most, he has consistently attacked the defensive linemen and eliminated his man from the play. His overall production has been good, but it really tends to waver based on his level of aggressiveness, use of hands and blocking effort throughout the play. When he punches the defensive end or gets his hands on him very quickly, he locks up well and keeps the defensive end on the line of scrimmage. He can collapse the defensive linemen on down/side blocks when he fires down the line of scrimmage and blocks aggressively. He is not an aggressive straight-ahead run blocker which hinders his ability to consistently get movement and to eliminate his man from the play. He is a team player and not a quiter when you consider that he missed the 2004 college football season and instead of coming out for the draft, he choose to return for the 2005 season at USC. However, in pass protection he has a bad habit of getting lazy and quitting on pass blocks -- once he makes contact, he often stops his feet and ends up leaning and reaching to maintain the block and often ends up falling off and losing the block.

MENTAL ALERTNESS
Section Grade: 5.5
Justice is a smart young man who has learned how to bend his knees to block with leverage, how to position himself on side/seal blocks and to adjust to delayed blitzes. He has good instincts, and when he is playing with his knees bent and a wide base, he can react quickly to adjust on blocks, but he does not play with a good base consistently and when he plays upright a little, he struggles to re-direct and adjust consistently. One of the reasons that he does not consistently block up to his ability is that he does not maintain his concentration on every snap which leads to him not blocking aggressively or staying after the block until the whistle on every snap.

STRENGTH/EXPLOSION
Section Grade: 6.0
Justice has good height for a tackle and a good frame to bulk up in time, but he is definitely thin in his lower legs. He has been a durable starting offensive linemen at USC and all the tools are there for him to be a durable starter in the NFL. He is a naturally explosive athlete, but does not show it in his play consistently -- he does not fire off the ball which hinders his explosiveness on run blocks and he does not deliver a hard, explosive punch in pass protection often. He has very good natural strength and when he pass blocks with a wide base and uses his hands aggressively, he can jolt the defensive end, lock-up and can keep the defensive end on the line of scrimmage easily. However, he does not punch consistently which lets aggressive pass rushers into his chest and he can be jolted backwards. He is a stand, grab and push run blocker who tends to catch the defender and gets stood up and pushed around at the point of attack at times.
