JaMarcus Russell will be the Raiders' No. 3/emergency QB, which suggests that he won't play this week. For the Chiefs, Kolby Smith will start at running back, and RB/FB Gilbert Harris was promoted from the practice squad to back him up while Larry Johnson rests his injured foot.
