BALTIMORE RAVENS Good news and bad news for the Ravens. First, the good. They may have found their quarterback in Delaware's Joe Flacco. He's not Matt Ryan, but who knows? He might be better. The Ravens also might have gotten tremendous value in the selection of Ray Rice so deep in the second round. Rice is slight of stature but very powerful and durable. The bad news? Baltimore needs a tackle and a cover cornerback.

CINCINNATI BENGALS
The expected trade of wideout/loudmouth Chad Johnson never materialized, and that means it might not happen at all now. The first-round selection of Keith Rivers will be a big help to a defense that gave up yards in chunks the past two seasons. He also has the kind of personal character the Bengals desperately need. Adding small-school stud Jerome Simpson might help when Cincy finally can unload Johnson.
