| Date | Pos | Player | Injury | NFL Status | Fantasy Analysis |
| 5/8/08 | QB | Jason Campbell | Knee, Hamstring | | Look for Campbell to be fine for the start of training camp. He has the chance for a big year in 2008 with the additions of rookies Devin Thomas, Fred Davis and Malcolm Kelly to go with Santana Moss and Chris Cooley. Campbell is going to play in a new offense with Zorn, which should help his completion percentage. Consider Campbell a No. 2 Fantasy option in 2008 and a decent sleeper. (Updated 05/08/2008) |
| 5/8/08 | RB | Clinton Portis | Hip | | Keep an eye on what happens with Portis heading into training camp. He should be 100 percent, but he does have an injury history. This should be a big year for Portis in Zorn's offense. If healthy, consider Portis a No. 1 Fantasy option. (Updated 05/08/2008) |
| 5/7/08 | WR | Antwaan Randle El | Knee | | Randle El set career highs in receptions (51) and receiving yards (728; 14.3 avg.) in 2007. However, that's where the highs end as Randle El only accounted for one receiving touchdown, scored in Week 16. He also completed a 19-yard pass (he tried two tosses) and totaled minus-3 yards on four catches. Randle El will be playing catchup with a pair of tall rookies this summer and shouldn't be counted on to develop into a bigger stat producer. Think bye-week replacement in deeper leagues in 2008, making him nothing more than a late-round pick in deeper drafts. (Updated 05/07/2008) |
| 5/2/08 | QB | Colt Brennan | Hip | | Brennan has a big arm, but a very thin frame and not the intangibles that coaches are constantly looking for from their quarterbacks. At best, Brennan is worth a late-round flier in the deepest of rookie-only drafts this summer. (Updated 05/02/2008) |
| 5/2/08 | DB | Kareem Moore | Knee | | Moore might end up on Injured Reserve if he falls behind in being ready for the season. He's not expected to make a Fantasy impact this season anyway. (Updated 05/02/2008) |
| 2/14/08 | DB | Carlos Rogers | Knee | | When healthy, Rogers has the potential to be a moderate-stat producer for Fantasy owners. But with his knee a serious concern, it's best that you steer clear of him heading into 2008 league play. (Updated 03/27/2008) |
| 2/13/08 | LB | Rocky McIntosh | Knee | | The rehabilitation time for a torn ACL is usually nine to 12 months. McIntosh, a second-year player from Miami, took over as the starting weakside linebacker this season. With him expected to miss some time in training camp and possibly into the season, he's a late-round flier in the deepest of IDP dynasty/keeper leagues at this point. (Updated 02/13/2008) |
