NFL draft capsules for the AFC North

BALTIMORE RAVENS Good news and bad news for the Ravens. First, the good. They may have found their quarterback in Delaware's Joe Flacco. He's not Matt Ryan, but who knows? He might be better. The Ravens also might have gotten tremendous value in the selection of Ray Rice so deep in the second round. Rice is slight of stature but very powerful and durable. The bad news? Baltimore needs a tackle and a cover cornerback.

For those Brownies who think they have a division title in their future let me remind you of what Anderson did his last 7 games last year:

134 - 235   57%

222 yds/ game

9TDs 10 Ints

This was against the Ravens ...(more)

(POLL) As noted McGinest is due to retire this season. Joe J has also said the same. Who do you think will be the next person to retire as a Brown. For the purposes of this poll I am not including possible Baxter and Bentley retirements as they are injury driven.

(POLL)

Do you think that Matt Walsh will provide any more information on the Patriots and their cheating habits?

I really hope he does.  That team stinks from the front office all the way down to its players...

I guess we'll find out May 13th when Walsh meets with the commish.

One thing that has really bugged me ...(more)

The Browns have made a deal with Phil Savage to keep him with us through 2012. Great move by the organization.

He could come on the cheap, provide a stopgap until we can draft the RB of the future and is a solid reciever out of the backfield.  I know the Browns usually dont take chances on questionable character guys, but....

Thoughts?

The offense is pretty much set and should be good again. Now it's time to fix that defense. Derek Anderson will be back, and he should be back.
