Pro Bowl long snapper Ethan Albright re-signed with the Washington Redskins on Tuesday. Albright hasn't had a bad snap since joining the Redskins in 2001. He was one of three Washington representatives at this month's Pro Bowl, his first All-Star selection in his 12-year NFL career. Albright was signed as an undrafted free agent by Miami in 1994. He made his NFL debut with the Dolphins in 1995 and later played with Buffalo before joining the Redskins.

The Redskins have signed 13 players to their offseason roster: DEs Tommy Davis and Kevin Huntley; DBs Byron Westbrook, John Eubanks, Eddie Jackson and Cedrick Holt; WRs Maurice Mann, Burl Toler and Billy McMullen; RBs Marcus Mason and Eric Shelton and LBs Danny Verdun-Wheeler and Rian Wallace.

Redskins H-back Mike Sellers tallied 26 carries for 78 yards (3.0 avg.) with two touchdowns and 117 yards on 17 catches (6.9 avg.) with a receiving score in 2007.

Redskins DB Carlos Rogers continues to rehab from reconstructive knee surgery, according to the Sports Xchange. Rogers, who tore an ACL and an MCL last Oct. 28 at New England, isn't due back until after the start of the season. Rogers could start running with teammates next week.

Knee - Doubtful for the start of 2008 training camp

In his first full season as a starter, Redskins LB Rocky McIntosh amassed 87 tackles (68 solo) with three sacks, five passes defensed and three forced fumbles. Then in Week 15, McIntosh tore both the ACL and MCL in his left knee and didn't play again in 2007.

Knee - Doubtful for the start of 2008 training camp

Redskins DE Andre Carter totaled 55 tackles (43 solo) with 10.5 sacks, two passes defensed and four forced fumbles in 2007.

Redskins SS LaRon Landry ended his rookie year with 95 total tackles (63 solo) with 1.5 sacks and six passes defensed.

Redskins WR James Thrash totaled 107 yards on nine catches (11.9 avg.) and two touchdowns in 2007, but 85 of those yards, five of those grabs and both scores came in Week 10 vs. Philadelphia. Shortly thereafter, Thrash hurt his ankle and didn't play in another game for the rest of the year.

Expected to take on a larger role with the Redskins in 2007, RB Ladell Betts only had 335 rush yards on 93 carries (3.6 avg.) with a touchdown and 174 receiving yards on 21 catches with a TD catch. Betts also had one fumble.

For the second straight season, Redskins WR Santana Moss played in 14 games and failed to get 1,000 yards receiving. In total, he had 808 yards on 61 catches (13.2 avg.) with three touchdowns, his lowest total since his rookie year. Moss also had 13 rush yards and two fumbles in 2007.

Redskins LB Marcus Washington totaled five tackles (four solo) and one sack during a Week 14 win against the Bears. He now has five sacks on the season and two in his last three games.

Redskins DB Fred Smoot recorded six tackles and one interception during a Week 16 win against the Vikings. It was his first interception of the season and now he has just two in his last 26 games.

Redskins QB Jason Campbell Campbell strained his left hamstring during Wednesday's practice session, reports the Washington Times. Campbell said his hamstring grabbed a little early in practice. He expects to be 100 percent in a couple of weeks. "I just pulled my hamstring a little bit," said Campbell, who last year missed the final three-plus regular-season games and the wild-card loss at Seattle with a dislocated left kneecap. "I won't be running for a while." Jim Zorn found a bright side to the injury because it meant his quarterback lowered himself under center as the new coach has asked him to. "He was feeling his hamstrings all along, and I think it was because I have him sinking down a little bit," Zorn said. "It's the change. I was kind of excited about it. Not that I wanted him to tweak his hamstring, just the fact that different things are happening to his body. He's going to be fine."

Redskins PK Shaun Suisham hit on 29-of-35 field goals in 2007 (1-of-2 from 50-plus yards) with 29-of-30 extra points made. This easily made for Suisham's best year in three NFL seasons.

New Redskins head coach Jim Zorn revealed Friday that sixth-round draft pick Kareem Moore, a safety from Nicholls State, underwent arthroscopic knee surgery this week. No timetable was given for his return.

Notable inactives from the Cowboys-Redskins Week 17 game include: WR Terrell Owens, DB Terence Newman, DL Jay Ratliff, WR Isaiah Stanback, DB Nate Jones and DB Pat Watkins. For the Redskins, QB Jason Campbell, QB Sam Hollenbach, DB Omar Stoutmire, TE Brian Kozlowski, DL Ryan Boschetti, WR Keenan McCardell and DL Alex Buzbee are inactive.

Tackle machine London Fletcher enjoyed his eighth straight season with over 110 total tackles, and his third straight with at least 100 solo tackles. He finished 2007 with 128 total hits (100 solo), three interceptions including one returned for a touchdown and 10 passes defensed. Not bad for a guy who will be 33 years old in time for next season.
