"Arron is a hard-nosed aggressive winger that can play a lot of different roles for our hockey team," Flyers GM Paul Holmgren told NHL.com. "I think it’s great," Asham said. "I've always wanted to play with the Flyers. I think their style of game suits my game to a tee. It's definitely going to be exciting to come here and wear the orange and black."
