THE GOOD NEWS
Youth. This is a young team that showed real signs of growth down the stretch and Tom Parrotta has almost his entire roster back next season. Frank Turner is as good a floor leader as there is in the conference and he has two years left.

THE BAD NEWS
A team has to learn HOW to win but there's no way you can know it is going to happen until it does. The Griffs didn't win a game on the road this year.

KEY RETURNEES
G Frank Turner is the leader of this team and led the Griffs in scoring at 12.9 points per game while placing fourth in the league in assists. F Tomas Vazquez-Simmons is a shot blocker to be reckoned with. F Greg Logins is already one of the league's better rebounders.
