WHAT WENT RIGHT
G P'Allen Stinnett averaged 12.7 points. If he gets his temper under control, he is a star to build around. G Booker Woodfox was the MVC's best reserve and should move into the starting lineup next season. Even in a rebuilding year, the Bluejays went to the NIT and lived up to the program's high expectations.

WHAT WENT WRONG
Back-to-back losses to last-place Evansville and Bradley ruined Creighton's NCAA at-large chances. The Bluejays feasted on a weak non-conference schedule. They went 10-8 in the Valley and never played consistently away from home.
