LOS ANGELES -- Spencer Gloger, Princeton's second-leading scorer last season as a freshman, is transferring to UCLA.

Gloger, who averaged 12 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.8 assists for the Tigers last season, originally signed with UCLA in 1999 but changed his mind and enrolled at Princeton before the start of the 1999-2000 school year.

The 6-foot-7, 205-pound Gloger tied the Ivy League single-game record of 10 3-pointers in a game and set a freshman record for the school with 34 points, both against Alabama-Birmingham.

Gloger will have to sit out the upcoming season, but will have three years of eligibility with the Bruins starting in the 2001-02 season.
