Can I use AOL to access the chat?

Yes! Newer versions of AOL will support the plug-in and Java client. Older versions of AOL also work, but may default to the HTML client. Regardless, you will be able to enter the chat room and participate in celebrity events.

Can I use Netscape or Internet Explorer?

Yes, you can. If you're using Netscape 3.0 or higher or Internet Explorer 4.0, you can also use the plug-in. To download the plug-in, click here.

Can I use the plug-in with a Mac?

Mac 68K users can use the plug-in with Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher.

Mac PPC users can use the plug-in with Netscape 3.0 or higher.

Can I use Java with a Mac?

Java: The Java client is supported on Netscape 3.0 or higher for 32 bit-Windows and Unix browsers.

HTML: The HTML client is supported on all platforms: Netscape 3.0 or greater and MSIE 3.01 or greater.
