This receiver completed a fine career at the Division 1 AA level with the best effort of his career. Moore stepped up during the '99 season with an impressive performance that included 52 receptions for 769 yards and 7 TDs. He has been a four-year starter and has improved each season as a pass catcher. He has great timed speed with a recorded sub 4.45 time on a fast Richmond surface.

His shuttle and cone drills were among the best in the talented group of receivers. He has nice size and athleticism that allows him to make plays after the catch. He has a burst of speed that allows him to run away from defenders and make the big play. His route running, blocking and coverage reads all need extensive work for him to see playing time early in his pro career.

He has shown the ability to make the big play, with the quickness to separate and track the ball in flight. He does need to further improve his footwork to make more plays at the sidelines as well as create separation on the underneath patterns.

His triangle numbers will endear him to some NFL club who is willing to roll the dice on day two and hope to hit a home run with a fine athlete. Small college sleeper with definite upside but the club that selects him may have to wait a season or two until he develops further in several critical areas. Talented receiver with the tools to be a huge surprise with development. Excellent late pick.
