Accurate kicker had a strong junior and senior season. He was also one of the most clutch kickers in the nation with several big game winning field goals. He made 84% of his FGs over his last two years. He hit on 3 of 4 FGs past 50 yards in '99. Good kickoff man with 21 of 67 touchbacks. Bears and Skins are very interested in him in late rounds.
