All-American Marina DiGiacomo is this year's Honda Award winner in Field Hockey.

But excellence is nothing new for Old Dominion University. Their perennially-dominate Field Hockey program has produced five Honda Award winners.

A senior from Mendoza, Argentina, Marina led the nation in scoring with 151 points and led her team to an amazing 25-1 record. Colonial Athletic Assc. Player of the Year and MVP, Marina finished off her career with an NCAA title and 414 career points.
